That results in Endnote 4.0.2 DMG file with Volume License preinstalled. This would save you time so you don’t have to fumble around to get Endnote work with Word 2011 for you.

In case you still do not see the familiar Endote toolbar when you open Word 2011, do this:
1. Mount the Endnote installer (dmg file ) by double click on it.
2. Go to the mounted image, then “EndNote X4″ and then “Cite While You Write” directory.
3. Copy the the file:
“Endnote CWYW Word 2011.bundle” to
“/Applications/Microsoft Office 2011/Office/Startup/Word”
4. Restart Word and hope it work for you
